Know your product and believe in what you are selling

When people ask me what I do for a living I often reply with “My team and I produce some of the best animated videos online”. Good answer but that is not really what I “DO”. I am a sales professional. I enjoy the sales process. I even enjoy the prospecting aspect of it.

This clip of Phoebe selling toner makes me chuckle every time I watch it because it reminds me of so many people I have worked with over my career.  They get into sales to make a quick buck or side money but have no passion for what it is they are selling their customers.

Knowing and believing in your product or services is vital if you want to be a successful sales person. Before prospects buy our services or products, they are buying us.

Know your product. Believe in it. Know your customer. Want the best for them. Close.
